Anyway, Back on topic...kinda..whatever this topic was. I think that gender has to be put aside here. If we are speaking on talents and what we can do to modify vbulletin yadda ya, then we can place that talent as an individual rather than gender. Your either one of those type that can code and design, do one, or the other or you cannot do anything and rely on the good people of this forum to help you out which may be a woman or man.
