Note that you need to do the following:

get into your bounced email account
review all bounced email one by one
in those with permanent failures, find the ezbounced link and click it or where not clickable (hotmail); copy - paste it into your browser

In your case this means reviewing many thousands of emails and handling them manually. Currently this is the best option you have.
