Heaven forbid a man tell a woman she looks pretty (in the work place) without the threat of a sexual harrassment lawsuit looming. At some point, logical women will prevail. Nothing is ever solved, equality for women included, with there is extreme thinking involved. Know what I mean?

Yes that is the negative side of it,but at least women are not so war and power hungry as men.
