Is it possible to have my tabs on my website: The SR have 'New' show up - or have the tabs change colors when a new post is posted. or a new thread is posted?

An example of what i'm talking about is here at GameFAQs.com

Like it shows on 'answers'

I think it would have to do with CSS - but not sure of what needs changing, or anything like that...
