... onto the end of vBulletin's copyright text field at AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details (admincp/options.php?do=options&dogroup=address). If that doesn't work, you can paste it directly into the footer template at AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Edit Template (in the style dropdown menu) > footer template. Where it says  is likely the best place.
