I mean, 160+ supported sites sounds great, but would be nice if the sites in this xml has been tested before, just to increase the quality and the usefulness of the xml

I don't add a definition without testing it personally first. That's why post 2 has so many notations about the limitations of different sites.
For Deezer, make sure your not actually embedding 10 second preview clips. Test these songs, as they're playing completely for me:

For BooMp3, they have thousands of songs listed in dozens of languages. I remember because I struggled with them for months trying find a way to get the RegEx to match Cyrillic, Japanese and Chinese foreign language characters. They're media player is just down for the moment, probably due to maintenance.
Remember, media sites are the most fluid of any sites out there. I can make a definition for a site today, and tomorrow they can completely changed their URL structure, their embed code or their domain name. YouTube goes down almost weekly for maintenance, and their embed code stops working during that time. EA Sports World changed their embed code the day after I first released it. Daily Motion keeps finding new characters to put in their URLs, so the RegEx frequently has to be updated to match.
That fluidity, means things aren't always going to be working quite right at a given moment, but the installed users here do a pretty job of keeping me up to date on that. A whole lot of the time, though, we're just looking at user error, regional viewing issues or a site that's just doing some work in the meantime.
