Is there already one? or could someone make a mod that goes along with the vBulletin Infraction System where a preset Private Message letter can be selected from a menu and then sent to the user instead of having to type up a new message for every Infraction/Warning sent? We send out alot of infractions and warnings for various offenses and this would definitely cut down on the time it takes to issue these.

I guess to make it simple, it could work like the BBCode stuff where you click an Icon and then the preset code is automatically posted in the text box.
