You goto your /misc folder for all styles, copy the mgc dir into that. Say your site is www.turd.com (and that's where forums load) and locally on the server say it's d:\user\jewboy\turd.com

You'd goto d:\user\jewboy\turd.com\images\misc and in the zip, you'd goto the /images/misc and drop from there. Meaning, grab the mgc_cb_evo folder and subs and drag it to ur d:\user\jewboy\turd.com\images\misc , and doing so for any other styles...
