Do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then if you go back to the member.php page and view the page source, and search for "add album", just above that you will see:

That is the template the link is in.

Hover over the link, or just look at the link at the top in the browser (on the page you get the error on). What is the url? Does it look valid? Follow that path in your ftp client. Is the file there? If not, upload it - maybe it's just missing.
