Ok, so I am in the process of starting another vB site with a friend..bought a second license and everything. For some reason, this time we keep getting this error:

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

on step 3 of the installation of vB. We tried to go through and make sure its fine, and it looks ok to us, but obviously not to vBulletin.

Wasnt this hard the first time..LOL

Anyone have a suggestion?
