Okay I have a stupid question...I searched and couldn't find it. I'm looking for a add-on that makes the first post in a certain forum expanded. In other words....id like to be able to have an expanded first post options....like this linked mod... https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=193587

It has Mod information....add a comment, edit settings, marked as installed...etc.

Is there a mod/addon that i can install that provides this ability??
