Nice idea but you'd be better off simply either emailing your members some form of Birthday Wish, sending out a Mass PM or Adding it to the Notices/End of the NavBar Template.
Also, a text only Message would do just fine. No one wants to be presented with a MASSIVE image every time they go to reply to one of your Threads. That's a sure-fire way to cut down your Active Member Base.
