I'm a bit surprised this doesn't exist.

It seems a natural extension of admin functions to keep track of "noteworthy" things your members.

In my case, I specifically want to make note of Donations to my site. The amount, date etc.

But there are other times. Such as a member making a strange comment on the board or other strange account activity that really can't go anywhere else.

I find it odd that this is not a common part of forum software.
