Not sure if there is what you seek, however you could send these members to coventry in the user banning options, then they could insult all the members they want before passing out

You could reinstate them in the morning, but it suprises me as to why you would want to keep these drunk members???

Look at the "Tachy Goes to Coventry" i think that would be your best bet
