Disclaimers are fine but what happens if all goes wrong.So with them disclaimers you are saying if you get scammed then you on your own as we told you to do your homework 1st.This service is provided on this board so some onus must fall back on them.Waste of time passing the buck im afraid.

Anyway my thread is not about disclaimers,its about what happens to those who scam people and sometimes rip them off for hundreds of $.
Are they allowed to carry on as if nothing happen - ready to pounce on the next unsuspecting member.
(Note - even searching the board etc and checking out the person is no gurantee you are not going to get scammed).
In my view they should have their access to the Paid request section removed - at least till they can prove they have made admends.Not to much to ask is it.
I find it really annoying to see the person who scammed me,still able to take on more work from here.
