What is the BEST - MOST PROFESSIONAL - Banner Advertising Mod/Hack?

Personally, I'd like them to be on the Left and Right Columns, in addition to the locations available in 3.71. It would be nice to have them change every 5,10 seconds.

Bye the way...can I stack them on-top of each other in the left and right columns without adding a mod/hack in 3.7.1?

Finally, I'd like it to be fairly easy to install, meaning I wouldn't need to know HTML in order to install.

I want to make sure it is supported as VBulletin versions develop.
