What I would do is:

Send her a PM stating the fact I don't care for her saying I am "dumb and stuff" and as the owner I deserve respect. If this continues you will be forced to remove her from the staff..

See if you can work things out, otherwise it's your place and YOU are the commander. Dont let anyone belittle you.

If she can't respect that demote her....
