How is it wrong to say it killed my forum? It did, database errors everywhere and then no pages would show properly as the database was so messed. I'm talking from past experience, not everyone likes every single thing. I said it killed my forum, which is true.

Anyways, if you read the readme file it CLEARLY tells you how to uninstall. And EVERY person that had issues including you didn't follow those instructions. I know this because I've installed it on about 2000+ sites for people including uninstalling, troubleshooting etc.

Reinstall the product, FOLLOW the readme, and it will uninstall fine.

It takes me all but a few minutes to set this up on any site and 100% work. And I'm not the developer. I just like the product and offer support freely. If you want help, ask. I can get it working for you if you want, just pm me info like ftp and forum account and I'll help.

And the reason I support it so much, is every forum I have it running on, user impressions (amount of time spent on forum) more then doubles. People went from a few minutes to hours.



Yeah buddy, enable usergroup options.

Maybe I did do something wrong but un installing most mods means simply going to product manager clicking un install, with this it didn't work and broke my forum.
