I discovered a similar issue today myself that someone had high jacked my old information pages, prices and everything exactly word for word, table layout, coding, the entire thing to offer the same services I do.

Send them a polite and courteous email the first time, asking that they come up with another solution, if they don't reply or ignore your request show proof that you own the content/code in question, email a DMCA notice to their hosting company and hope that takes care of it.

If the host ignores the DMCA complaint, you can always hire a lawyer.
