Can't you also contact their host provider, tell them your story, and see if they get pulled down? I've had people (even here at .org) copy stuff piece by piece.. and then wig out and act like a complete child when confronted. My example was so minute, that I didn't really care.. but of course the kids attitude afterwards was what got me peeved off.

Admit your mistake, and correct it. Acting like a 6 month old gets you no where, and fast.
