If you have "Show Miscellaneous Options?" set as No, then even if the user has the "Save Sent PMs" enabled in usercp, the PM won't be saved in the sent box. Basically because the <input> field is inside the conditional, and I guess that vBulletin interprets the missing info (blank) as zero

You should be able to add a hidden <input> inside a conditional (or something smarter) to fix it

My users love the feature though
