Is there a way to modify the permissions users have back and forth with someone who is on their friends list? I plan to add a feature that costs money to add someone to your friends list, and thus you get privileges with that user--like, you can send notes to him, send private messages, view his photo albums, etc. However, if the user is not on your friends list you cannot do that unless your usergroup permissions override.
