vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How do I stop the PM being sent when an infraction is issued?

As the title suggests I would like to know how I can stop this function. Some forum members take it really personally when they receive an infraction. This usually ends up with the member being banned for arguing with the mod or admin who issued the infraction. In order to protect the privacy of the mod/team, as well as protecting the user, this process has to go. How can it be done?
