How to Make Rice with Milk

A dish you should certainly try, rice with milk. Many people have tried it, but not so many know how to make it. Here are the steps to prepare it.


Ingredients

* 2 cups of water
* 1 can evaporated milk.
* 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
* 1 cup of rice
* 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
* zest of a lemon (optional)
* Ground cinnamon

Steps

1. Put the water in a pot with the rice. Bring it to a boil.
2. When the water is boiling, (add optional lemon peel),lower heat and wait for the rice to cook over low heat.
3. When rice is very well cooked add the vanilla extract 2 tablespoons, the evaporated milk, and sweet condensed milk.
4. Stir the mixture constantly until it reaches the desired consistency.
5. Let it cool.
6. Finally, serve it with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
