Why cant fix the Icash and Ishop as Free script for us ?

Because no one is interested in developing Icash and this point, and vBCredits does so much more and is actively supported.

vBCommerce is actually available to members of vBCredits.com who made donations or bought premium add-ons. Once they get the Beta fully tested it will be released to the general public. So far, I've not heard of anyone having any major problems with it.
