I've followed the uninstall instructions exactly and I still receive usergroup permissions. The reason I'd like to uninstall this product is because I'm receiving usegroup errors. I was having the same problem with cyb chatbox which I eventually properly uninstalled which resulted in no usergroup errors.

I need help uninstalling this product properly since I receive usergroup error.

You must carefully follow these steps if you don't want to screw up your forum when uninstalling the chatbox.

1/ Remove the chatbox files from your forum directories
2/ Uninstall the MGC Chatbox Evo product
3/ You're done with the uninstall

Note I have removed all files and especially the ones in the includes/xml directory. Then removed product and still receive this error!
