I thought of an interesting concept similar to some I have seen before on some sales websites.

I am not sure how to do this myself but I figure somebody has to have the skill to get this done.

This mod would have the ability to message a guest visiting your site as long as they were still on your page. I would figure this could be done with an AJAX application tied in with the forum system itself. It would only be used by the admin of the forum system. And you could use it only from viewing who is online. This would be a direct conversation between only the admin and the guest they picked to talk with.

Just a concept, but I am sure it could be expanded on.
