I know I can use infractions to move someone into and out of a banned usergroup; I use it and depend on it.

Is there any way that I can move users with warnings or infractions (who don't have the points for banning) into a "probationary" usergroup and back out when their infraction or warning expires?

I'd like to be able to limit their participation without killing it altogether. I think I could create a "banned" usergroup that has some rights, but I don't see any way to deal with warnings.
