Wow, they are getting so bad! I have been banning IP's but they keep coming back.

About 90% of them are from Eniwetok, Kwajalein, and in the past 2 weeks I've been getting about 15 registrations a day from them. Its terrible.

Is there anything I can do that I'm not already doing?

I require email confirmation already...
