They didn't go through the FTP that i know of, just the admin panel and deleted all of the forums, and banned all the members. I can't get back on [Super Admin] The owner Had Handed Me Down The Site, as he had bussiness to attend to.

He hasn't taken the site down yet, but apparently it's someone with FTP access, cuz you can only alter Super Admins Through FTP. Can someone help me, explain how i can put my super admin access back, get back into my panel, and put my site back up and find out who's been in the panel?
