1. I think your confused, vBSEO will give you link consensus. Rewritten URL's no longer matter to google, and they have said that dynamic over static URL's no longer matter

2. vBSEO is an indirect result of you earning money. If you get more traffic that clicks your ads then yes you'll get more money, however simply installing vBSEO won't get you more money instantly, you'll still need traffic that either clicks, or converts sales.

3. vBSEO alone won't get you in the top pages.You'll still need content, and back links that vBSEO won't be able to build or get you by simply installing it.
