I'd suggest replacing the following image to match your theme, as it stuck out right at me as default: http://pavilion.sports-force.net.au/...bits_start.gif
Get some nice content up that will win over more members
Why not have a more sporty/catchy design?
If you're going to keep this one, I'd suggest extending the header 100%, as the white space on either side of the header is a bit unappealing.
