Pretty simple...if you don't actually install ALL the files into the proper places, it won't work. lol

The Upload folder includes:

.php files: These go in your root directory on the site (where all the other php files are at)
AdminCP folder: these files go in the AdminCP directory on your site
Images folder: these files go in the Images directory on your site

Yeah, I'm a newbie, but now that I've figured it out, I'm installing hacks & mods like crazy. LOL Yes, I'm really Oh So Blonde!!!
