Ok, I might be missing something.
I click the paper clip.
Then i can upload an image or add a url.

I can successfully upload an image.... but when i click on the image link (once it has been uploaded) it does not place the image in the message body only opens it in a new window... so I can copy the URL and then use the image tag.

There has to be an easier way? is there?
