I am looking for the same form addon. There is one for 3.6x but it really isn't useful for professional use. What we need is the same form field power that is already in place inside VB which allows us to control the registration form.

I need a vb admin customizable form that will display in a forum I pick. And I need to be able to set in the admin panel which forums the form is active in or not.

I am hoping to find this or have it made. Any possibility of this?
