If you haven't made any crucial edits to your existing definitions, then the best thing would be to just delete them all and import the new Master. Just picking the ones you have will mean you'll miss out on a large number of definitions that I had to completely redo because the sites changed their embed code and/or URL structure. Some definitions have been split into two definitions and some have been changed completely due to domain name changes.
