Just out of curiosity, why do you state at the top of the page that COPPA requires 13 years and younger to have their parents to register for them using their parents birthday, and then tell them not to falsify their age? Isn't that a little confusing? If their parents are registering for them using their parents birthday, then the birthday is going to be incorrect for the child, is it not?
Not to mention, how do you get the required consent form from parents if they're registering under their birthday and not going into the COPPA user group?
