The two .js files are in the actual folder for your forum correct? MAKE sure they are in the same folder as your index.php !

AND you placed the code in the header template?

Besides that I just don't understand why it's not working, unless you want to give me access to your FTP and admincp to confirm but over a simple code like this I would not advise
