how can I add a complex rating/poll inside a thread? What I want is to give studenens the chance to rate their courses concerning.

e.g.

Is the course structured correctly? [Ratings]*****
Is the course interesting for you? [Ratings]*****
Is the professor friendly and respectful? [Ratings]*****

How can I do this? Does their a mod exist?
