OK, I found and resolved the issue with the missing icons. It seems there were four .gif images that were not in the correct location (in the perwira style folder) on our forum server. I moved those images via FTP and now the icons show properly.

So now I just have to figure out how to get the missing profile tabs to show up: Visitor Messages, About Me, Statistics, etc. I'm guessing this is something I could copy and paste into my perwira style template if I knew which one to address...
