I have started a 'boutique' on my forum.

Anyone should be able to read but not post.

I would like Sponsors with 500 posts be the only people who can post threads, and any members with 100 posts can reply.

I can't figure out how to do this.

Also, I"ve created two posts but can't open them no matter what I try. Any ideas?
