Admin -> Style Manager -> (choose your style) -> Main CSS -> Crosslinking to glossary

That CSS Selector ist called .glossarylink, there you can make all the changed you want.

Right now we work on the vBSEO-integration (nearly finished), the next version will have more features like tags, pdf, better notification and discussion-system, etc.
