Gang;

3.7x; ported over the DB of an existing forum onto a new server at the same ISP.
Cisco firewall- identical to production site.

Creation of new users occurs however, no email notification's processed.
Host has no idea, nothing appears obvious @ the firewall level. We're not using SMTP.

Any ideas? I'm sure it's obvious.
