Our forum's profile icons are no longer visible now that we've upgraded to v3.7.3:

If I switch to the default skin, the problem goes away. I'm unable to get anyone from vbSkins.com to respond to my emails after two weeks of waiting. And when I try to join their forum, it tells me that I've not answered their NoSpam! question correctly, even though no question is displayed.

Is there an easy way to fix this, without having to change the skin, then reprogram everything from scratch? Can I just change some settings somewhere in the Admin panel to get the icons working correctly?
