@Dr.Love, your situation is not new, but from what i see, you may just be facing some host that is pushing you to pay more for an account, and it's not a new situation, a lot of vBulletin owners have seen their account blocked for no reason because the host requested them to switch to a VPS... the best thing is to verify with a new host if they have problems with general vBulletin forums.

as Marco indicated too, there is a forum for that kind of situation you can discuss... maybe make a search for your host name there, you may have some echoes from other vBulletin owners...
