He isnt asking about a new host either, i pointed out the suggestion if his host isnt willing to help him with his issue.

We can't simply give you an answer to what might be your issue, you do not provide anything that will help us determine your issue or what the host claims is your issue, it is most likely one of the modifications you have installed on your site, but then again, you didnt tell us if you have any installed.
