Some message is hidden and wait approval. When moderator or administrator is approval message, need send notification e-mail to user, which have the approval message. How enable this notification to user?

The hidden message have is date and time of created. How enable update this date and time by new date and time of approval this message by moderator or administrator? It need for show approval message at the last position on subject.

Do you realize this functions in the near new version of vBulletin forum?
