Why not use vBMA?

(Note for admins: I am not self-promoting), it's just that the script serves the purpose of what this guy wants.

Its a member management system, where you can sell products and users need a customer number and password to be able to download their products. They need to complete payment before it will assign them a login and it will only show their purchased products in the member area.
