If you enable the 301 redirect function, the old url will be "updated" (redirected) to the new one.

There is zoints seo and vrewrite. They are both free, i raccomand you to don't buy vbseo, it is expensive and heavy.

This usually happens editing exesting query, in a few cases with dedicated query.
