Hoping someone here can help me out here with a big problem. If you know alot about VB, please take the time to read over this and see if you cant help me out here.

Problem: First, I run a website where all threads are important. Second, the problem is alot of very old threads were deleted by a new moderator on my forums. Now, like I said before, they were important to the content of the website. I have a database backup I saved earlier this month. My question is simple...is there anyway I can restore my forums, mainly the threads, that were deleted using the backups? I have the backup that saves to the hosting server. If so, how...

I see no option for any type of restore in the cp.
